Privacy Policy for ZENITH LIVE

1. Introduction
ZENITH LIVE (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a multimodal agentic orchestrator designed for the Gemini Live Agent Challenge. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle your data as an “Authorized to Act” intermediary agent.
2. Data We Collect
To provide the agentic orchestration experience, we collect the following types of information:
A. Identity Information
We use Auth* for authentication. When you log in, we receive information such as your name, email address, and profile picture.
B. Third-Party Authorized Data
If you choose to link third-party accounts (e.g., GitHub, Google Calendar, Spotify) via our Vault Studio, we store the necessary OAuth tokens within the Auth0 Token Vault. Zenith uses these tokens to:
– Read and manage GitHub issues/repositories.
– Access and schedule Google Calendar events.
– Manage Spotify playback and playlists.
C. Agentic Memory
We use Google Cloud Firestore to store “Agentic Memory.” This includes context from your interactions to ensure the agent has “perfect recall” across sessions.
D. Real-Time Presence
When active in the Trust Circle, your basic profile (name and picture) and interaction status are broadcast to other authenticated users in the same environment via WebSockets.
3. How We Use Your Data
– Orchestration: To perform multi-stage tasks across different AI models (Gemini, Veo, Imagen).
– Personalization: To generate “Morning Briefings” based on your digital delta.
– Agency: To act on your behalf on authorized third-party platforms.
– Collaboration: To enable real-time multi-user interaction within the Trust Circle.
4. AI Processing
Your data (voice, text, and vision frames) is processed by Google Gemini API models.
– Live Studio: Processes real-time audio and vision frames.
– Cognitive Studio: Processes text and search queries.
– Temporal/Visual Studio: Processes data to synthesize video and images.
We do not use your personal data to train foundation models unless explicitly stated by the underlying service providers (Google AI Studio/Vertex AI).
5. Data Security
– Server-Side Secrets: All API keys and sensitive credentials are managed via Google Cloud Secret Manager and never exposed to the client.
– Encryption: Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Data at rest in Firestore is encrypted by Google Cloud.
– Fine-Grained Authorization: We use OpenFGA to ensure that agentic actions are strictly governed by policy-based relationship tuples.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
– Memory: You can request the clearing of your agentic memory at any time.
– Tokens: You can revoke third-party access via the Vault Studio or directly through the provider’s settings (GitHub/Google/Spotify).
– Account: Deleting your Auth0 profile will remove your identity link to ZENITH LIVE.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our agentic capabilities or regulatory requirements. We will notify users of significant changes via the App’s interface.
