Terms of Service for ZENITH LIVE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZENITH LIVE (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ZENITH LIVE is a multimodal agentic orchestrator designed for the Gemini Live Agent Challenge. It provides real-time AI interaction, cognitive reasoning, visual synthesis, and authorized agency through third-party integrations.
3. User Accounts & Security
– Authentication: Access to certain features requires authentication via Auth0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
– Authorized Agency: By linking third-party accounts (GitHub, Google, Spotify) in the Vault Studio, you explicitly authorize ZENITH LIVE to act as an intermediary agent on your behalf within the scopes provided.
– Trust Circle: You acknowledge that when active in the collaborative “Trust Circle,” your presence and certain interaction metadata are visible to other authenticated users in the same session.
4. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree not to use ZENITH LIVE to:
– Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
– Attempt to bypass AI safety filters or “jailbreak” the underlying models.
– Interfere with the real-time experience of other users in the Trust Circle.
– Use the agent to perform unauthorized actions on third-party platforms.
5. AI-Generated Content
– Nature of Content: Content generated by ZENITH LIVE (text, images, video, voice) is produced by AI models (Gemini, Veo, Imagen).
– Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. Users should verify critical information independently.
– Ownership: Subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (Google), you generally retain rights to the inputs you provide, while the outputs are subject to specific licensing terms of the challenge and the model providers.
6. Intellectual Property
The ZENITH LIVE interface, branding, and proprietary orchestration logic are the intellectual property of the project creators. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
– “As Is” Basis: ZENITH LIVE is provided for a hackathon challenge and is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.
– Experimental Nature: You acknowledge that the App uses experimental AI technologies and may exhibit unexpected behavior.
– Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ZENITH LIVE or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the actions performed by the agent on your behalf.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZENITH LIVE at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the project’s integrity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the lead developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
